Acro in Flow
Meditative movement is a beautiful practice of exploring a shared space. We introduce beginners and improvers to communicative flow by building a basic vocabulary of movement. We will teach you how to warm up, how to safely enter and exit basic "acroyoga" poses in each plane of motion, and show you how to find your strengths and challenges in your personal practice.
