-Handstand-specific stretches for handstands and presses
-Line drills for body awareness and position upside-down
-Handstand-specific core and shoulder strength drills
-How to balance and how to bail safely
Be prepared to learn about mobility, flexibility, strength training and safe exits. Whether you seek to become a handbalancer, hand-to-hand flyer or standing acrobatics base, you will come away with new material. All levels welcome!
