Acro in Flow

Partner acro is a beautiful practice of exploring a shared space. We introduce beginners and improvers to communicative flow by building a basic vocabulary of movement. We will teach you how to warm up, how to safely enter and exit basic "acroyoga" poses in each plane of motion, and show you how to find your strengths and challenges in your personal practice. Unique to our approach are different progressions for bases and flyers.  Don’t know what all this means?  Don’t worry, we are there to show you how accessible this awesome way to connect can be!
